Will my order be exactly like the picture?

 

​Due to the handmade nature and use of upcycled paper, there are no two exactly alike. Please expect slight variations from the picture.

Return and Exchange Policy :

Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges (unless otherwise stated)

Damaged or defective Items:

If your item is defective or damaged, please fill out the form below and include detailed photos within 3 business days of receiving the product. These may be eligible for exchange only.

Exchange conditions: Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Sale items: These may have slight imperfections and  are always final sale

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Processing Time:

3-10  business days . This allows me the time to ensure the quality and care of packaging and shipping your product. Please note: Business days are Monday-Friday 9-6 CST, excluding Holidays

Custom orders processing time :

Custom orders may take 2-6 weeks to complete and ship. Please submit a custom order form for a more specific turnaround time for your requested  item.

​Expedited shipping: Priority or overnight shipping does not expedite the standard processing time . Please plan accordingly 

Shipping Carrier:

Most orders are sent via USPS or UPS. Please allow 2-4 days for tracking updates .

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Please submit a custom order request here to start the process. Custom order acceptance is based on current demand and whether specific needs can be accommodated . Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for discounts.

What if my package is lost or missing?

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS (1-800-742-5877)

​

Local USPS: Visit your local USPS office in case the package was held for pickup

​

ADDRESS ISSUES: Please Double Check Your Shipping Address. We are unable to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, so please ensure its correct before completing your order.
